Patrick has a BSc Hons (Speech &Hearing Sci) from the University of Hong Kong, and is a full member of HKAST, a certified NLP Trainer (INLPA), and a trainer in Mind-Body Language Programming.

He is a Certified NLP Trainer (INLPA), and a Mind-Body Language Programming Trainer. He was the President of the Hong Kong Association of Speech Therapists (HKAST) and the External Secretary of the HKAST.

He is currently a consultant of OST, responsible for the training of therapists, design of curriculum, assessment of cases, training of parents, and writing of therapy reports.
