Amber co-founded Guangzhou Happy Seeds, which now operates two education centres in Guangzhou. The centres are focused on teaching positive education skills to children and families in South China.

Amber has for the past ten years been studying positive psychology and its applications to parenting and education.

Amber has responsibility for curriculum development as well as the training and building of the trainer team at Happy Seeds.

She also conducts positive education based teacher and parenting workshops for various schools under the the ISA International Education Group, Yew Wah International School and public and private Chinese Schools.

As a Director and Chief Trainer of Worldview Childhood Education Fund, she also trains kindergarten teachers in rural cities in China.

Amber has a Master in Applied Positive Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership.

Amber is also a certified Positran TTT trainer, Senior China National Family Education Instructor and Certified MindUP Mindfulness Program School Trainer.
