Guidance Handbook

All of our member schools have exclusive access to our teachers guidance handbook that serves as an additional resource for educators.

Updated each year, the handbook provides teachers with:

  • Useful information about different disorders or challenges known to impact a child’s ability to engage effectively with the school curriculum.
  • Latest prevalence data, challenges, impact, and best practices to support young people learning as another language, with developmental language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, and/or learning difficulties.
  • An overview of the allied health team and how each of these professionals contributes to enhancing the well-being and success of young people and the whole school community.
  • Some basic strategies and ideas to foster an inclusive and supportive educational atmosphere.
