Yuen co-founded Guangzhou Happy Seeds, which now operates two education centres in Guangzhou. The centres are focused on teaching positive education skills to children and families in South China.

Yuen  has  responsibility  for  establishing partnerships and collaborating with international positive psychology practitioners with the view of bringing the best of positive education practices into China.

Yuen has conducted positive psychology and positive education based training for teachers, parents and students at various schools under the ISA International Education Group, Yew Wah International School, British School of Guangzhou and EtonHouse International School, Foshan.

Yuen has a Master in Applied Positive Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership.
